Storyblok agency for headless CMS, content and commerce

We implement Storyblok, model your content, build the frontend and connect the CMS to Shopware, Magento, Symfony and the rest of your system landscape. From the first architecture workshop to ongoing operations.

What a Storyblok agency does for you

A Storyblok agency plans, develops and runs digital platforms built on the Storyblok headless CMS. Because Storyblok has no frontend of its own, the real work isn't creating pages. It lies in three disciplines: content modelling, frontend development and integration with your existing systems.

We cover all three. Whether it's a corporate website, a brand platform or content inside your online shop, the result is a CMS your editors can run on their own and an architecture your developers can keep building on. For the technical background, see our overview of Storyblok as a headless CMS.

Our Storyblok services

From the first architecture decision to day-to-day operations, we support your Storyblok project at every stage, end to end or for individual parts.

We assess whether Storyblok fits your requirements, choose the right plan, frontend stack and hosting, and plan languages, roles and workflows. The result is a target architecture that makes effort and risks visible early on.

What sets us apart as a Storyblok partner

We are part of the Storyblok partner network and have been building headless architectures for many years. Four things make the difference:

  • Commerce experience: As a Shopware and Magento agency, we know where content and shop should be separated and how the two work together.

  • PHP expertise: We co-developed the official PHP packages for Storyblok together with the Storyblok team.

  • Design and engineering under one roof: Our UX/UI unit designs the components that we then model and develop.

  • Honest assessment: If Storyblok is oversized for your project, we'll tell you in the first conversation.

How a Storyblok project works

Every project follows the same six steps. How long each step takes depends on the amount of content, languages and integrations.

1. Discovery workshop

We define goals, channels, languages, systems and editorial processes, and check whether Storyblok is the right fit.

2. Content model

Content types, blocks and fields are derived from your real content, not from page templates.

3. Design and components

Our UX/UI team designs a component system that editors and developers both work with.

4. Development and integration

We build the frontend, connect the Visual Editor, shop, PIM and other systems, and test everything end to end.

5. Migration and go-live

Content is migrated via the Management API, redirects are set up and your editors are trained.

6. Operations and evolution

Maintenance, new components and automation so the platform grows with your requirements.

Active in the Storyblok and PHP community

Whether at the Storyblok OpenSource Meeting, SymfonyCon or WeAreDevelopers, we regularly exchange ideas with the Storyblok team and other developers. What we learn there goes straight into your project.

Our Storyblok projects

How we use Storyblok in real projects, from content architecture to integration with existing systems.

Staffbase

Staffbase is a corporate communication platform that connects employees via an intranet portal or mobile app. It enables engagement, news delivery, and knowledge sharing for distributed organizations.

  • Fragmented, insecure WordPress landscape across multiple instances

  • Poor scalability and performance for rapid international growth

  • Inefficient workflows due to lack of uniform component structures

SensioLabs

As the creator of the PHP Framework Symfony, SensioLabs provides expert consulting, architecture design, migration, and support for companies leveraging Symfony and various open-source technologies.

  • Relaunching international platform on modern Symfony/Headless CMS architecture

  • Implementing fully automated CI/CD pipelines for builds and deployments

  • Maintaining performance and code quality across complex system integrations
