Creativestyle is committed to making its website accessible in accordance with the German Accessibility Strengthening Act (Barrierefreiheitsstärkungsgesetz – BFSG) and the European Accessibility Act (EAA). We strive to ensure that our digital services are accessible to people with disabilities, following the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA.

How you should be able to use this website

We want to ensure that as many people as possible can use our website. You should be able to:

  • use any orientation of your device to browse the website,

  • read the content with adjusted text spacing,

  • navigate the website using a keyboard,

  • listen to most of the website using a screen reader.

The website does not introduce any keyboard shortcuts which would involve a single key press.

Instructions don't rely solely on shape, size, visual location, orientation or sound.

Color is not the only visual way of conveying information.

There are no keyboard traps.

No content is flashing more than 3 times per second.

Compliance Status

This website is partially compliant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. We are continuously working to improve the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards.

Non-accessible Content

The content listed below is non-accessible for the following reasons:

  • Some media content does not have suitable alternatives.

  • Some moving content cannot be stopped, paused, or hidden.

  • Some sub-pages may be hard to find, as they are only hyperlinked on specific pages.

  • Keyboard focus is not always visible.

  • Some carousels cannot be scrolled in 200% zoom.

Preparation of this Accessibility Statement

The assessment was based on an internal audit conducted by creativestyle GmbH and its QA / Accessibility team.
