Use of Hubspot for email marketing and forms
We send our personalized newsletter using the provider HubSpot of HubSpot, Inc., 25 First Street, 2nd Floor, Cambridge, MA 02141 USA (“HubSpot”). In the process, the data you provide is transferred to a HubSpot server in the USA and stored there. In addition, we use HubSpot for landing pages and forms which provide content to a user after submitting their contact details. HubSpot complies with the data protection provisions of the “US Privacy Shield” and is registered with the “US Privacy Shield” program of the US Department of Commerce. In addition, we have concluded an order processing agreement with HubSpot. Through this contract, HubSpot assures that they process the data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation and ensure the protection of the rights of the data subject. Using HubSpot, we can measure and evaluate the behavior of our newsletter recipients. This includes the opening, click, bounce, delivery, unsubscribe and conversion rates. The evaluation also takes place through so-called web beacons. These are pixel-sized graphic files that are implemented in the e-mail. They can also be used to track who opens the e-mail and clicks on links contained therein.
